Process

I submitted my application online and was contacted by a member of recruiting to schedule a Webex interview.

During this interview, I was asked:

  • Some personality questions (e.g., "What was the most difficult part of being a teaching assistant?")
  • A few standard data structure/algorithm questions
  • Some questions about databases, as I had that listed on my resume (e.g., "What is the difference between a foreign and primary key?")

I was notified a few days later that I made it to the next round. This round involved an in-person interview at a conference with my hiring manager.

Again, I had a few personality questions and a few standard data structure/algorithm questions.

I was notified two days later that I'd received a job offer.

Overall, a very easy, quick, and pleasant process.
