Process
What I had was mostly a technical interview. I was asked questions about Java, particularly interfaces and abstract classes.
It was relatively smooth, as we just talked about projects that were on my resume. I also didn't know the answer to some of the more specific Java inheritance questions.

What is an abstract class?

Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: None. There were no perks at all. Dental and medical insurance? Vision? Not worth it.
Cons: They pay you very little for the amount of work you do. They expect you to work at night to deal with night meetings.
My manager met with me maybe 4 times in a year. He was very little involved and didn’t really care to help me with guidance. Then he moved up; a senior engineer became a manager, and he has 0 people skills. Made me cry multiple times. Extremely toxic.
