Software Engineering Interview Experience - Milpitas, California
Process
The interview process was pretty normal compared to other companies. Nothing seemed strange enough to make a candidate think they were just trying to trick them or show off. I got the feeling that they really want to see if the candidate can deliver software, rather than to see what their limits are.
The manager was very friendly.
