Pros: Work is exciting, but I think that probably depends on the team. People make good connections there. I made friends during my four-month co-op term. My manager is really into his job, and I feel motivated by him.
Cons: Kanata is somehow inconvenient for a co-op student who doesn't have a car.

A place to grow in the 80's and 90's

Pros: It was a company renowned for excellent engineers, great technology, and innovation during the 80's and 90's.
Employees had great pride in being associated with the company.
Cons: Has grown too big; the drive and motivation seen in the first 20 years is missing now.
