Pros: The company seems to be embracing new tech. Fair pay.

Cons: Contractors on some teams are treated with an enormous amount of disrespect by "blue badge" employees. I was one of these "blue badge" employees and hated seeing the contractors I worked with treated badly. Think rude language, lack of respect for working hours/time off, etc. The interviewers also lied to me by omission during the interview process. The team I interviewed to join was disbanded as soon as I joined, and the work/colleagues changed as a result. Absolutely unprofessional.

Pros: Market leaders, customers like our services.

Cons: Big company, changes take time.

Pros: At Cisco, I plunge into thrilling technological challenges equal to the ones AI engineers get every day. I observe continuous team members from all over the world who are working together and encouraging each other. I think Cisco is the best software job because of the freedom to manage projects from anywhere on the campus. I guess my innovative and time-shifted approach to work & personal life is exciting to the managers. It is like I am taking a master's course in the Spirituality of Work. God's thoughts are infinite! Evolution of Technology is our reality; we are its architects.

Cons: It is a large company, hard to get attention.
