I spoke with a few recruiters at a school career fair. They seemed very uninterested, likely due to the long lines and the late hour.
Later that day, I received an email for an interview. It primarily consisted of behavioral questions, with no coding involved.

Pros: I worked under Duo. Surprisingly, they retained the sane culture prior to the Cisco acquisition. The family-like team is a reality.
I was anxious to join since there weren't many reviews years ago, but man, joining here has to be one of the best decisions of my career!
Cons: The tech stack is very complicated. It took me months to understand it, lol.
Also, layoffs are a thing at Cisco, not Duo. But nowadays, every company, including big tech (FAANG), conducts layoffs, so this is no longer a con, really.

Pros: Good place to work. They take care of their employees, for the most part.
Cons: It's a big company, and you have to deal with big company things. Which division or products you're on makes a big difference to people's experiences, I think.
