The interview was pleasant and interesting. It was very technical until the manager's round. I had one telephonic interview, followed by four technical rounds, one manager round, and one director round. This was followed by an HR round and a VP introduction.

Pros: Great infrastructure and workplace facilities. Technology leader, and you get to work on bleeding-edge stuff. Good benefits and good HR policy. Good food at on-campus cafes.
Cons: There is some pressure for new innovations. You need to study a lot and be ahead of the changes.
