Both rounds were a mixture of technical and HR questions. The technical portion focused on L1-L4 networking protocols, with questions tailored to the resume. I was also asked about extracurricular activities.

Pros: Big company, good perks, and that's where it stops.
Cons: If you want to do innovative things, have fun while doing them, and get paid, go somewhere else. If you want to get into your comfort zone, become a fossil, and be unmarketable when Cisco lays you off (a yearly tradition), then go here. Life is there to be enjoyed and not wasted at Cisco.

Pros: Great company, great culture, family oriented, very structured, great documentation.
Cons: Frequent layoffs, a lot of politics, micromanagement. Work is mounting, not like before.
