Pros: Best environment inside the company.
Cons: Company management should treat contractors from consultancies also as employees. They should make them permanent once they complete 2 years of work experience at Cisco. That policy of removing contractors depending on their flexibility is very bad. They should consider them also as employees. Contractors are also involved in making revenue for the company, right? Then why that much negligence about the contract employees' lives?
