First Ever Interview
Rejected in 90 Seconds
I received an email that made me really happy: I had been shortlisted after the online round.
The first round was a group discussion. We had to choose a random number, and then we were shown the topic on which we had to speak for 90 seconds, with 30 seconds to prepare.
I listened to all the students before me, recorded their topics, and in my turn, relating to my topic, I mentioned what they had said. As my topic was XYZ, I mentioned how another student's topic, ABC, related to it and how XYZ promoted ABC.
Despite being confident about being selected for the next round, and after a week of preparation, studying for interviews, and preparing a Cisco custom resume, I was rejected immediately.
