Pros: The lower grades get shuffled between several technologies, giving them a chance to pick out their technology of preference and build a career out of what they would love doing.
Cons: No quick growth for lower grades. With all shuffling into different technologies, it is difficult to assess performance since they don't stay long enough to prove themselves.

Cons: There have been too many BU restructures happening in the last 3 years, and often.
