The interview was with the VPN team, with most questions focused on VPN technologies. Then, a general troubleshooting question for connectivity issues in a simple network was asked.

Pros: I started working at Cisco TAC in Bangalore when it was just being set up. The benefits were amazing!
* Work from home
* Weekend/holiday pay
* Shift allowance
* Free cab service to and from home
* Energetic and young workplace
* Completely informal
Cons: Lots of politics, stack ranking, not easy to advance. And MOST OF ALL, a lot of people seem to treat TAC as a temp job while they hunt for other jobs. Well, it was my first job out of college, so it may be that other jobs are also like that.
