Cons: The culture has really gone downhill over the past few years, and morale feels low across much of the company. The environment has become quite toxic, particularly centred around the offshore offices. There are now more managers than engineers, and leadership seems focused more on maintaining appearances than on delivering meaningful results. A lot of time is spent producing reports and presentations that don’t necessarily reflect the actual work being done.

Pros: Great company to settle for long term. Work-life balance and employee welfare are top priorities, though the salary compensation is not that high.

Cons: Compensation is low. Sometimes the top mandate is followed with little to no control for managers in India.
