The process started with a telephonic conversation for screening, followed by three rounds of in-person coding interviews.
All three rounds were completed on the same day.
After that, there was a managerial interview and later an HR interview. The interview process was very well organized, and the interview panel was friendly.

Pros: Big name company with some interesting technology.
Cons: It's a big company, so it all depends on which team you are in. It can be a great company that is trying to be a great employer, but it can also be painful. There are many layers of management, below-inflation salary increases, even for high performers, and it's difficult to get a promotion unless you leave and come back. Innovation is non-existent. Cisco prefers to acquire companies but then inevitably kills them trying to integrate them into Cisco.
