The coding challenge on HackerRank featured 5 questions. The total time allotted was 2 hours. Within these 2 hours, the 5 questions were to be answered. These were data structure based questions. Pretty much that. Nothing else.

During campus interviews, I had only one interview. They selected candidates based on grade point average; the interview was kind of a formality. It was only a 45-minute interview, conducted by two Cisco engineers.

I submitted my resume through my college's career services and was contacted for an interview. The interview was held on campus, and I met with one technical person from Cisco. Following the interview, I was contacted the following day for an intern
