Too many vendors
It is a great company. It has some really good core products. There is less competition. It's a semi-monopoly. It has deep pockets.
Corruption. Too much money wasted. Focus on acquisition over internally building. Acquired talent leaves after vesting. The majority of acquired products are shut down in a few years.
Respect talent. Stop the corruption.
