Depends a lot on the specific BU and group. Work-life balance is good. No rigid structure. You can take up work based on your interest.
Core work is not in later technologies. Growth and promotions could be stymied due to the org structure. There are a lot of old-timers.

We need to meet with various department heads to discuss qualifications. Each department head had their list of questions that pertained to their areas and how well you were qualified. There was also a desire to understand if you are a self-starter

It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.
