Dreadful management - no true visionaries to drive innovation. It’s all about putting lipstick on the pig of existing products.
Slow and gradual decline (note the continuous layoffs for the past decade) will never stop until the board replaces Chuck with someone that goes beyond the tired Silicon Valley of 1980s rhetoric.

Graduate Engineer
