I had been working at CSPBU for a few years, and I can honestly say that it is the worst experience of my life. The management is terrible, incompetent, and unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing, and they constantly micromanage, criticize, and undermine their employees. They also gossip and talk behind people's backs too much, spreading rumors and lies about their performance, behavior, and personal lives.
My ex-manager was a walking HR violation and had made some suggestive advances toward me. They have no vision, no values, and no ethics.
