Pros
  • Pay is good.
  • Actually had good accommodations for when my child was born. Definitely recommend having a kid and using your maternity leave to escape the workplace drama.
  • Stock options are nice. However, they do use them to keep you trapped in staying longer than you want at the company.
  • Depending on your BU, but some have really great and expensive events (just beware the drama that follows).
Cons

I had been working at CSPBU for a few years, and I can honestly say that it is the worst experience of my life. The management is terrible, incompetent, and unprofessional. They have no clue what they are doing, and they constantly micromanage, criticize, and undermine their employees. They also gossip and talk behind people's backs too much, spreading rumors and lies about their performance, behavior, and personal lives.

My ex-manager was a walking HR violation and had made some suggestive advances toward me. They have no vision, no values, and no ethics.

I would not recommend anyone to work here. They are a nightmare to deal with, and they will make your life miserable. They are the worst management I have ever encountered, and I hope they get exposed and fired soon.

Advice to Management

I had to suck up to upper management in order to stay afloat. I had to act like everything was fine, but I hated it. Even now, my manager still thinks we are on friendly terms.
