Pros

There are some good projects to work on with the selected group. The perks are good. No other pros compare to those at other companies.

Cons

Low salary, lack of appreciation, low transparency between management and employee. Sometimes, management stress is seen in their behavior. Always, existing employees suffer when the company acquires any startup.

Advice to Management

You have a vacant position for a senior or lead engineer, and you have better resources working in lower positions. This is very demotivating for them.
