So many processes and policies that don't align with reality. A lot of politics, particularly in upper management. Tons of churn in middle management that leads to constantly changing priorities.
Speaks a lot about DEI and does try to take some steps towards it, but trying to get recruiters to focus on diverse hiring is a nightmare. Additionally, actually bringing in talent that isn't white male or Indian is hard since there isn't a great supportive culture to point to, so the problem perpetuates.
