When times are good, the culture and benefits are outstanding.
I worked on three projects in less than a year due to reorganizations that moved a bunch of people around, and then I was hit in the layoffs that affected 7% of the company.
The day-to-day is fine, but I don't understand why you are putting all of your money in AI. Care about your people, not the shiny objects.
