Process
There are mainly 4-5 rounds of technical interviews, mostly related to the current and past roles.
Operating Systems and Programming Techniques are mostly tested. There is very little scope for questions related to optimization or puzzle programs. A bit of data structures and algorithms are also asked.
Negotiation is a key factor in getting the best offer. Please be sure of which band you are interviewed for. It's a common trend to hire people in a lower band.
