Great company to work for!
Cisco is a great company to start off your career or work for in general. The work-life balance is great, and the company has a lot of flexibility. The first couple of weeks are usually rough, but once you adapt, things become easier.
The pay could be significantly more for the HW contractor position. I feel that what I am currently getting is worse than an intern.
