Management is fair and generally trained well. The managers I've worked under are always rational and logical, and always made decisions that are always best for the customer and Cisco.
The benefits, perks, and employee discounts are pretty nice. I don't think smaller companies can afford these kinds of benefits.
Cisco is always growing into new fields and markets, so there are always chances to transfer to do different work if so desired.
