There are lots of financial benefits. Beside the base salary, there is a really good bonus program.
Life/work balance is not good. There are some business units that are working at a really crazy speed. Sometimes it becomes really tough.
The management is really good. Nothing to say to improve or change. The only thing that can be improved is to organize more events for team building.
