The company is a tech giant, and yet, there's minimal bureaucracy. The company allowed me to grow independently, and I've learned so much.
Contractors get a different badge, which at times can feel alienating. But I will give them props for including contractors in all Cisco activities, which made my co-workers and I feel like we belong.
