I worked here for 4 years and quit to progress my career.
Oh man, after 4 years, you definitely start seeing the cracks:
I get progressive culture and support it, but how it's being pushed is really toxic. Inclusiveness means EVERYONE, not just people who you deem have been discriminated against.
Look into rewarding employees and progressing their careers for their work (not just a dinner every once in a while).
So far, I have only had a phone interview.
It was fairly good and well organized. The team was very friendly and interactive. The interview process was smooth and finished the process in a week.
It was a one-round interview. It was predominantly on data science and large language models. They gave me a repo of an agent framework and asked me to find the code where reward is calculated.
