I met Cisco recruiters at my university's career fair earlier this semester. Unfortunately, I was unavailable for their on-campus interview times, so I had a Webex phone interview instead. The first phone interview was with, I believe, a manager. H

The character and soft skills seemed to go very well, but the technical content was surprisingly tough. As one might expect, I theorize there is a minimum level of networking skill for anything beyond an entry position. Overall, I think the process

After the LeetCode Easy and Medium technical interviews, they followed up with behavioral interviews with two different teams. I eventually received an offer with my second interviewer and team lead. The process took about a month.
