They took away our stock options, which felt like abandoning us and our sense of ownership in the company. For the veterans who have been here since 2000, many feel that our underwater stock options should have been replaced with new ones, since we stuck it through and supported the company through its ups and downs. There's a lack of salary adjustments for veterans who have been in the company for 15+ years.
In the recent three years, management has really changed and is open to making changes to boost morale. I think this is great and should be continued to stay competitive in the valley.
Bring back some more small perks, like soft drinks and more team lunches.
