Since Cisco is a leader, as an employee, you will get respect from other software companies. It becomes somewhat easy to find another job.
Constant senior executive changes. Product evolution is good, but not constant leadership change.
Though the company has money in the bank, it is not a recession employee work experience safeguard, and provides job security threats.
Late-night meetings and work.
