Except for the core areas of strength, the company is conservative in other areas of expansion. Apart from networking and collaboration, the other groups may not have clarity, as too many products get EOLed. Salary could be another issue. Long-timers get less hikes and so, lesser salary than industry peers.
We need more clarity on the growth areas. Other than the core areas, the rest of the products are not getting enough management focus.
