Bureaucracy, especially when working with the larger Cisco portfolio. Sometimes a focus on selling or adding new features takes precedence over improving existing functionality, which in turn means accrual of tech debt.
Constant lack of resourcing means that we often find ourselves struggling to keep up. The commitment asks for new integrations and new features often exceed our capacity.
Generally underpaid compared to the market.
Manage commitments better. Listen to the team and tackle development experience.
