Good company, but slow progress
Great company. So much to learn, so much to do. To a point where one can get lost, or take the opportunity to rise and shine. The rate of growth is not as high as in Silicon Valley for the same amount of hard work put in.
Nothing per se. Your team's charter extent depends on if the senior management is local or in San Jose.
