Good work culture, but not very aggressive towards salary hikes
Good work culture. Good brand value. Good range of products. Good employee benefits in terms of medical support, gaming areas, etc. Internal project switching is supported and done easily without the manager's knowledge. Too many CSR and internal fun activities happen at times to keep you entertained. Better work-life balance.
- Not a competitive salary compared to other companies.
- Salary hikes are not good.
- Work on some legacy products, so you may not get to work end to end. You will be fixing things more than implementing new things.
