Campus is Bengaluru is awesome. The work culture is very good, but sometimes it varies from different business units. People get exposure to the latest technologies, and it's very challenging.
There are lot many opportunities like Hackathons and Meetups.
Also, there are facilities like a gym, volleyball court, cricket practice, and badminton court.
It's a big company, so getting promoted is much tougher and salary increments are sometimes very low.
CAP cases and tight deadlines make work-life balance tougher sometimes.
Invest more in Core Product Engineering and latest technologies.
