After Cisco's acquisition of NDS, nothing is going well
Cisco is a brand that is good to have. Some of its facilities are applicable as well.
Growth perspective is still not clear. After the acquisition, a few valuable customers were lost, and only two new customers were gained.
As Cisco believes in more profit, small customers are neglected.
After acquisition, in two years, we recently got a hike. That too, it was single-digit.
Our salary standards are much different from Cisco Systems employees.
Not many new projects are coming. The only buzz at the company is AGILE. I don't know how far it will be successful.
NDS valued its employees. Cisco is least bothered.
