The Bangalore campus is really nice. It's one of the best I've ever seen in my long career.
- Excellent work-life balance (this may depend on the team as well).
- Option to work from home, with no micromanagement (the only expectation is to finish the work).
Once you join, don't expect a good hike.
In the last 3-4 years, Cisco has been doing a lot of restructuring, resulting in many firings. So, there's less job security nowadays.
Not much effort is put into talent retention.
It takes a lot of effort to recruit and train people. So try to retain them.
