My review is specific to Service Provider BU, Bangalore, India.
Top to bottom approach. The engineers are not given much attention and importance. Deadlines are decided from the top and just informed to the engineers.
There is no teamwork. All are individual contributors, and hence there is no bonding within the team.
Managers are there only to convince you and not to understand your needs.
Most of the good work (in fact, the development work) is done in the US. Only sustenance work is done here. The management will give lame excuses if we ask for it.
The managers won't trust you, and the senior team members too.
There are no fun activities.
They don't value the people, not even as a resource. They are used and thrown out.
Employees are engineers, not slaves. They too have their own career aspirations. Try to consider that.
