Flexible work practices - working from home and flexible timings top it all. Unlike some other companies, working from home is not looked down upon.
Good work culture, but like any other big organization, it varies with the team you work for.
Lots of resources to learn if you are really inclined.
The peer group quality has deteriorated over the years as a result of dilution in hiring quality. Not the best of paymasters. Not very agile.
Improving hiring quality and competitive compensation play a good part in it. Long-term employees also deserve something better. Meritocracy needs to increase as well.
