Ageism is real there. Excellent courses for career development, but they do not tell management how their employees can access them. So, it is just window dressing.
If your business unit is not at 20% growth, find a new job. Senior managers have different goals. The priorities of our Business Unit SVP were not aligned with our Product VP.
Don't savage groups with a growth rate of 19%. Seem to only like 20% or more annual/quarterly growth. Will end up only getting smaller as fewer and fewer units can sustain such high growth targets. Get rid of ageism.
