If your business unit is not at 20% growth, find a new job. Senior managers have different goals. The priorities of our Business Unit SVP were not aligned with our Product VP.
Don't savage groups with a growth rate of 19%. Seem to only like 20% or more annual/quarterly growth. Will end up only getting smaller as fewer and fewer units can sustain such high growth targets. Get rid of ageism.
