Great environment. Great people, with initiative and many good brains to learn from. In general, good technologies. Good business.

• Cisco does not cherish people and fires them without any count.
• Cisco does not exactly know what to do with its traditional NDS business.
• Many good people were left alone; others were fired without any reason.
• Attempts to initiate new projects in new areas not connected with the NDS business lead nowhere, as nobody knows where it is headed.
• It looks like a decline of a very good place.

If you buy a successful company, consider what you want to do with it.

If you come as a killer, better sell it and proceed with your traditional business.

Good for you and for both companies.

Preserve the former management; do not fire it at once. A sad story.
