Still the leader in the industry.
Lots of experienced people in the RS, networking, SDN, etc. areas.
Good employee benefits, OK work & life balance.
Salary is OK but not great.
Too many re-orgs. Depending on your team, once per six months would not be abnormal.
Your performance is evaluated heavily by your visibility, so the people just doing the talking and who know how to play the game of favoritism are considered having great "leadership" skills. Hard and honest work seldom gets you promoted.
Few people would speak out when decisions from higher management clearly don't make sense. Where are the backbones?
Innovation can't just stay as a slogan, while the major source of that is from acquisition.
