Work-life balance.
Environment conducive for learning the entire portfolio and not just your own product. This helps in the later career stages.
They are good paymasters for higher grades (TL/TL2 and above) and not so much for lower grades.
Organization is huge. This trickles down to individual teams as well, so growth is slower.
Yearly hikes are average. They don't come by easy.
