Good work-life balance and good benefits.
Top management changes everything, almost every year, reverting previous decisions to apply them again years later. Mistakes and issues are not fixed, but every year we have to "innovate" and be more efficient. In 5 years, I had 6 managers.
Cisco is cutting costs heavily, being cheap, and laying off. Good performers and top-notch engineers were let go just because they want to cut costs.
