Pretty low-pressure environment, and work-life balance is fair. I’m not working at weird hours to crunch things over the line.
I was brought in through an acquisition, and things have been steadily deteriorating. Lots of people seem to be leaving, and the product vision has been really weak lately. Current compensation is not aligned with the market.
Address compensation and product vision. Please do not just adjust comp from bonus to base pay.
