Great people, exciting tech, a bit heavy on the politics (comes with size, I guess)
Big Company with a lot of interesting development work to be done.
Moved from working on an on-premise deployed software solution to working on their WebEx Cloud offering.
Learned a ton, met many incredibly smart people, and overall had a great time.
Like any big company, the processes can be a bit heavy at times, and things don't always move as fast as you'd like.
But having since switched jobs to a small startup, I have to admit that I find myself missing much of the oil in the machinery that a big company offers.
