1. Review the background and make a quick presentation for the manager. 2. Test some skills in C language. I am not familiar with C, so the result is not good.

It would take a full day, face-to-face interview. Prior to that, you have to qualify by telephone. This telephonic stage would be to qualify yourself and determine whether you are worth calling for a face-to-face.
