The company is very employee-friendly.

Compensation is at par with most top companies.

Haven't found any cons as such.
Only thing that was sub-satisfactory was that during the year-end Cisco shutdown, the company expects you to use your privileged leave despite it being a shutdown. With only 1.5 leaves credited every month, this can be a little upsetting sometimes.
