Internal politics are there. People who are working with Cisco for a long duration get the nod of everyone around them, even if they are speaking nonsense.
Too much legacy.
- Improve transparency between management and employees at each BU level.
- Exit interviews could be considered for the betterment of employees.

Software Developer
I had a very good experience with the Cisco interview. There were two interviewers, and they were quite friendly and knowledgeable. They gave ample time to answer the questions and were very patient.
